Black and Blue. The official trailer released last month. I need to give this site an overhaul in general, but, let me add that to the list of things I need to do. Now, pardon me while I go write a Foreword for someone's book.
Black and Blue was submitted to Sundance. Working on a finalized industry screener and a trailer in the meantime, but needless to say editing this film has not been easy. In the meantime, here's a fresh track from a name that might be familiar.
Black and Blue together, freelancing when I'm not chained to my own desk. Dunno what else to tell you guys, but watch this space. An official trailer for the film can't be that far away.
Loose Change and drop some juicy tidbits on Black and Blue. Clic da pic. And if you watch it and wonder whether or not I wound up visiting Cheryl, here you go.
A Field Full of Secrets is now on Netflix! Thanks to Charlie for bringing me on board in December 2012 when I was on the verge of leaving Los Angeles. I'm excited to edit his next feature after I complete Black and Blue.
Black and Blue material focusing on one particular character and his travels. 2014 was a very interesting year, personally and professionally, and this is sure to be another big one. I managed to get my hands on some old pictures that I wasn't sure I'd see again. Here's the night in April 2002 that James Gandolfini told me to go out and change the world. On that note, 2015 will be the anniversary of Loose Change 1 & 2. Expect some stuff at a revamped official site and Facebook (which is seeing a crazy amount of traffic lately)
A Field Full of Secrets has been unleashed on the public. It's available through limited VOD platforms for now, a Netflix release is a few months down the road, according to Gravitas. Reviews are still in the works, but here's a relatively positive one.
Black and Blue in case you didn't catch it on the social networks. Shit, I didn't even Tweet about this. I need a secretary or something. On another note, a documentary I've spent the past two years editing has been sold to a distributor and is targeted for a December release on digital platforms. I'll be sure to let you know where to check out A Field Full of Secrets when it's available. P.S. I've mostly avoided the comments on this site because I don't like intentionally ruining my day, but a bunch of important messages have slipped through the cracks so I might re-instate the contact form that I had on the site originally.
Black and Blue, my friend and fellow troublemaker Abby Martin invited me onto her show Breaking the Set to discuss the project. I haven't done live television since 2006, so needless to say I was a little nervous and/or rusty. There's a reason I stay behind the camera. The film is going very well, much better than I ever could have anticipated. And to think, 6 years ago Abby and I were destroying TVs in her garage with a sledgehammer.
